WinDIGITAL is a digital marketing agency based in Toulouse, France. For any question about your personal data, you can reach us at support@win-digital.fr.
What data do we collect?
We collect data in two cases:
- When you fill in a contact form: name, company, email, phone, and the content of your message. This information is used only to reply to you and is never sold or shared with third parties.
- When you browse the site, with your consent: anonymized audience measurement data via Google Analytics (pages visited, referral source, device used).
Cookies we use
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Until you respond, no measurement cookie is set.
- Necessary cookies (always active): required for the site to work, notably to remember your cookie choice.
- Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics, subject to your consent): help us understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.

How long do we keep your data?
Messages sent via the contact form are kept for as long as needed to process your request, then archived or deleted. Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to us at support@win-digital.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
